New Mexico Tours

May 16, 2012  Ruby Ranch and Las Vegas Join us for a migration trip to Ruby Ranch on the Sapello Creek just north of Las Vegas for a mix of riparian breeders, montane migrants and possible eastern strays.  The trip will include a visit to La Liendre canyon east of town for canyon species such as Black-chinned and Rufous-crowned Sparrows. We will return via Las Vegas  NWR to check for waterfowl and  shorebirds.   $55 per person June 13, 2012 Pecos River and Elk Mt.  Multi-elevation survey (to over 10,000') of southern Rocky Mt. breeders such as American Dipper, 4 species of Empidonax, Virginia's, Grace's and MacGillivray's Warblers, Gray Jay, Pine Grosbeak, Hepatic and Western Tanagers.  Dress in layers for this one.  $45 per person.

Deposit and Refund Policy

All international tours require a $500 per person deposit at time of registration for the tour.  Balance is due no later than 30 days before the trip is scheduled.  Any cancellations prior to 90 days before the tour date will receive a full refund of deposit (and tour price if already paid).  After 90 days before the tour, there is no refund of deposit or full tour payment.  We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance to cover any losses arising from cancellations later than 90 days before the tour.  Please see a Trip Insurance option on our “Links” page.

All New Mexico tours (except 4 hour trips) require a $50 per person deposit.  No refunds will be given on this deposit unless the tour is canceled due to weather.
